- Actively participate in fittings with the Product Office and utilize appropriate modules and tools to input information regarding required standards in terms of measurements and modifications during the sample and sales campaign phases.
- Measure sample garments to define production measurements for all sizes, considering requested production modifications.
- Support the definition of purchased accessories by size, such as zippers and belts.
- Manage the flow of information related to assigned items, organizing meetings to communicate specifications and measurements to external laboratories, and verify pre-production tests commissioned to them.
- Monitor the progress and successful completion of pre-production phases, ensuring confirmation for actual production commencement.
- Contribute to defining technical and quality standards for the product, collaborating with the Finished Product Testing Department on quality issues.
- Actively support the Production Office and suppliers during the production phase.
- Manage samples for washing tests or alternative solutions to improve garment construction, enhancing both appearance and time/cost efficiency.
- Oversee the approval of fabric prints, ensuring compliance with the finished product's quality requirements.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Textile Accessories Technical roles or similar positions.
- Technical diploma in clothing and garment manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of industrial garment manufacturing (sewing).
- Understanding of product development and production phases.
- Familiarity with raw materials (fabrics, accessories, leather, etc.).
- Attention to detail and quality.
- Result-oriented with a goal-driven work approach.
- Excellent relational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
Technical diploma in clothing and garment manufacturing.
