1. Define and drive sales objectives for the department in collaboration with the Store Manager.
2. Analyze sales performance to optimize restocking and refine product offerings.

4. Cultivate privileged relationships with clients, focusing on VIPs.
5. Guarantee exceptional customer service from sales to after-sales.
6. Inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.

9. Organize and plan departmental activities for optimal efficiency.

1. Minimum 5 years of significant experience in a similar role, ideally in luxury or premium retail.
