- Lead and develop the assigned product category team to enhance performance and support the customer journey, ensuring the achievement of quantitative and qualitative goals.
- Reflect the company's image and ensure team alignment with brand standards.
- Maximize sales and achieve departmental objectives in collaboration with the Store Management team.
- Share periodic sales analysis to optimize product re-order activities.
- Maintain department organization and tidiness according to Loro Piana standards.
- Cultivate excellent customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
- Guarantee excellence in customer service and post-sale management to enhance customer loyalty.
- Support Store Management in creating a positive work environment and coordinate team activities.
- Mentor and lead the team, developing new talent to ensure a best-in-class service and selling environment.
- Provide continuous coaching and feedback, utilizing reward and recognition systems.
- Establish and monitor quantitative and qualitative goals, conducting regular performance evaluations.
- Plan and organize departmental activities to manage workload effectively.
- Ensure team adherence to internal procedures.
- Align department image and product care with brand DNA.
- Collaborate with corporate merchandising to identify product needs and track performance.
- Provide feedback on seasonal products to assist in market-appropriate buying decisions.
- Maintain department displays and oversee product rotation, informing management of visual merchandising impacts.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a luxury boutique environment.
- Alignment with the brand identity and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong coaching, communication, leadership, and management skills.
- Passion and motivation for Loro Piana products and brand.
- Deep knowledge of luxury clothing and accessories.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Experience with SAP Retail preferred.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are advantageous.
Minimum of 5 years in a luxury boutique environment, demonstrating leadership and management capabilities.
