1. Lead and develop the assigned product category team to enhance performance and support the customer journey, ensuring the achievement of quantitative and qualitative goals.

4. Share periodic sales analysis to optimize product re-order activities.

7. Guarantee excellence in customer service and post-sale management to enhance customer loyalty.
8. Support Store Management in creating a positive work environment and coordinate team activities.

10. Provide continuous coaching and feedback, utilizing reward and recognition systems.
11. Establish and monitor quantitative and qualitative goals, conducting regular performance evaluations.
12. Plan and organize departmental activities to manage workload effectively.

14. Align department image and product care with brand DNA.
15. Collaborate with corporate merchandising to identify product needs and track performance.

1. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a luxury boutique environment.
2. Alignment with the brand identity and detail-oriented approach.
3. Strong coaching, communication, leadership, and management skills.
4. Passion and motivation for Loro Piana products and brand.
5. Deep knowledge of luxury clothing and accessories.

1. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
2. Experience with SAP Retail preferred.
3. Fluency in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are advantageous.

Minimum of 5 years in a luxury boutique environment, demonstrating leadership and management capabilities.
