1. Reflect the company's image and ensure team alignment with brand standards.
2. Maximize sales and achieve departmental goals in collaboration with the Store Management team.
3. Share periodic sales analysis to optimize product re-order activities.
4. Maintain excellent customer relations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
5. Supervise and ensure excellence in customer service and post-sale services.
6. Support the creation of a positive working environment and coordinate team activities.
7. Mentor and lead the team, developing and identifying new talent.
8. Encourage, coach, and provide qualitative feedback to the team.
9. Establish and monitor quantitative and qualitative goals, conducting result analysis and evaluations.
10. Plan and organize departmental activities, ensuring workload coverage.
11. Ensure adherence to internal procedures by the team.
12. Align department image and product care with brand DNA.
13. Collaborate with corporate merchandising to identify business line needs and track performance.
14. Provide feedback on seasonal products to assist in market-appropriate buys.
15. Maintain neat department displays and oversee product rotation.
16. Optimize stock management and analyze sales to inform stockpile decisions.

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a luxury boutique.

1. Alignment with brand identity and attention to detail.
2. Strong coaching, communication, leadership, and management skills.
3. Passion for Loro Piana products and brand.
4. Deep knowledge of luxury clothing and accessories.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred.
6. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in a relevant role within a luxury boutique setting is required.
