1. Coordinate and manage the agendas of Directors within the Product Development team.
2. Organize appointments and travel arrangements, including reservations.
3. Plan and coordinate meetings and events, both on-site and off-site, ensuring all necessary preparations are made.
4. Assist in the preparation of documentation and presentations.
5. Support administrative and accounting processes, including handling invoices, contracts, and expense reports.
6. Engage in confidential activities with utmost discretion.
7. Provide office supplies and stationery support for the Product Team.
8. Manage team correspondence as needed.

1. Previous experience as a Team/Executive Assistant in complex, international managerial environments.
2. Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.
3. Attention to detail, precision, reliability, and problem-solving capabilities.
4. Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
6. Fluency in Italian and English; additional language skills are advantageous.
