1. Uphold Loro Piana's style and standards in fulfilling client requests, ensuring alignment with the brand's identity and quality.
2. Identify and recommend appropriate alterations to exceed client expectations, ensuring garments fit individual preferences.
3. Ensure timely completion and precision in all clothing repairs, maintaining an elevated shopping experience for clients.
4. Support the store team in the sales process by defining and executing product fittings, providing valuable insights to enhance client satisfaction.
5. Procure required materials, ensuring availability for alterations and repairs.
6. Maintain all tools in optimal condition and an organized workspace for seamless operations.
7. Communicate with external suppliers to ensure proper administrative processes in coordination with the Accounting department.
8. Conduct quality checks on items and materials produced by external suppliers, ensuring they meet Loro Piana’s qualitative standards.

1. Minimum 5 years of tailoring or sewing experience.

2. Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong knowledge of fabrics, clothing design, and construction.
4. Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Loro Piana offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
