1. Lead nature and social impact projects to reinforce Loro Piana’s commitment to resilient ecosystems.
2. Define and implement long-term strategies and KPIs focused on nature, social impact, and circularity.
3. Collaborate with product teams to develop a circular product and materials strategy.
4. Monitor the circularity landscape to identify risks and opportunities for innovation.
5. Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project progress and measurable impact.
6. Act as a strategic advisor to the Chief Sustainability Officer on biodiversity and sustainable value chain initiatives.
7. Lead and manage a small team, fostering an entrepreneurial and proactive culture.
8. Travel internationally as needed to meet stakeholders and oversee strategy implementation.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in sustainability.
2. Experience in sustainability within textile and apparel, or consumer goods companies with agrifood supply chains.
3. Proven track record in designing and executing strategies on biodiversity, circularity, and social impact in an international corporate context.
4. Familiarity with frameworks and regulations such as GRI, B Corp, SBTN, TNFD, IUCN, and CSRD.
5. On-the-ground experience working with local communities, NGOs, and institutions, preferably in Latin America, Asia-Pacific, or Africa.
6. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
