1. Manage non-conformities by promptly identifying fabric anomalies, analyzing root causes, and defining corrective, preventive, and containment actions.
2. Monitor performance by collecting, analyzing, and sharing key quality KPIs related to fabrics at suppliers and subcontractors.
3. Define, implement, and follow up on continuous improvement plans in collaboration with suppliers and internal teams.
4. Support external production by assisting plants and suppliers to prevent and resolve quality issues, ensuring quality targets are met.
5. Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings along production lines, contributing to operational efficiency.
6. Verify output throughout all stages of the external production process with a preventive and corrective approach to enhance product quality.
7. Actively participate in supplier development projects, promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement in synergy with the Textile Quality team.

1. Degree in Textile, Management, or Production Engineering, or a Textile Technician Diploma.
2. 3–5 years of experience in similar roles within the textile industry.
3. Solid understanding of textile processes, including weaving, dyeing, finishing, lamination, and quality control of finished products.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
2. Basic knowledge of Project Management and key methodologies in Problem Solving, risk analysis, and statistical analysis.
3. Proactive approach in identifying and managing potential quality issues.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Willingness to travel.

Minimum 3 years of experience in analogous roles within the textile industry.

Degree in Textile, Management, or Production Engineering, or a Textile Technician Diploma.
