1. Supervise daily store operations, including briefings and team building activities.
2. Manage the integration of new employees and assist in assigning responsibilities and sales targets.
3. Transmit product knowledge to sales staff and enhance synergies with other stores.
4. Achieve sales and KPI targets through mastery of sales techniques and product knowledge.
5. Develop measurable goals based on store's KPIs and motivate the sales team.
6. Support Store Managers in planning and executing product launches and CRM initiatives.
7. Manage CRM gifting strategies and optimize customer relationships.
8. Organize and contribute to stock management and maintain floor displays.

1. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in luxury retail, particularly with luxury brands.
2. Passion for Loro Piana products and brand.
3. Cross-cultural sensitivity and understanding of elite clientele lifestyle.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred.
6. Fluency in Mandarin and English, additional languages are advantageous.
