Loro Piana Store Supervisor

- Oversee daily store operations, including team briefings and team-building exercises.
- Facilitate the integration of new employees and assist management in assigning responsibilities and sales targets.
- Provide product knowledge training to sales staff.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to share ideas and follow up on delegated tasks.
- Enhance synergies with other stores.
- Achieve sales and KPI targets using Selling Galateo, MyTouch, and product knowledge.
- Develop measurable goals based on store KPIs and contribute as a role model to team performance.
- Motivate the sales team through regular updates on sales targets.
- Participate in staff coaching responsibilities.
- Support Store Managers in planning and executing product launches, events, and CRM initiatives.
- Manage CRM gifting strategies and supervise customer service delivery.
- Utilize customer databases to optimize client relationships through regular contact.
- Organize and contribute to stock management and maintain merchandise displays.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in luxury retail, particularly with luxury brands.
- Passion and high motivation for Loro Piana products and brand.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and understanding of elite clientele lifestyles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong, long-term relationships.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience is preferred.
- Fluency in Thai and English, with additional languages considered a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry is required.
