1. Oversee daily store operations, including team briefings and team-building exercises.
2. Facilitate the integration of new employees and assist management in assigning responsibilities and sales targets.
3. Provide product knowledge training to sales staff.
4. Collaborate with the Store Manager to share ideas and follow up on delegated tasks.
5. Enhance synergies with other stores.
6. Achieve sales and KPI targets using Selling Galateo, MyTouch, and product knowledge.
7. Develop measurable goals based on store KPIs and contribute as a role model to team performance.
8. Motivate the sales team through regular updates on sales targets.
9. Participate in staff coaching responsibilities.
10. Support Store Managers in planning and executing product launches, events, and CRM initiatives.
11. Manage CRM gifting strategies and supervise customer service delivery.
12. Utilize customer databases to optimize client relationships through regular contact.
13. Organize and contribute to stock management and maintain merchandise displays.

1. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in luxury retail, particularly with luxury brands.
2. Passion and high motivation for Loro Piana products and brand.
3. Cross-cultural sensitivity and understanding of elite clientele lifestyles.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong, long-term relationships.

1. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience is preferred.
2. Fluency in Thai and English, with additional languages considered a plus.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the luxury retail industry is required.
