Loro Piana Store Planning Project Manager

- Manage external consultants and contractors (architects, engineers, general contractors, specialist vendors) across the full project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to design intent, cost, schedule and quality standards.
- Oversee and update CAPEX trackers and cost reports; escalate budget variances and change requests to the Senior Project Manager.
- Support location due diligence, preparing budget and timeline estimates to evaluate new and refurbishment opportunities.
- Coordinate design development with designers and conduct internal reviews with Retail, Visual Merchandising, Procurement, Finance, Legal and IT & Security.
- Lead and support tender processes (RFI, bid comparison, clarifications, documentation) and produce award recommendations for approval.
- Review consultant and contractor drawings/submittals, coordinate comments and ensure alignment with specifications.
- Manage direct vendor orders and related international shipments, ensuring compliance with documentation and regulations.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and version control (project briefs, meeting minutes, risk/issue/change logs, architectural and technical drawings).
- Conduct regular site visits, prepare detailed site reports and monitor on-site progress to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Assist the Senior Project Manager in developing project plans, schedules and budgets and support overall project governance.
- Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in store planning, construction or fit-out project management, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage external consultants and contractors.
- Strong project management competencies: budgeting, scheduling, risk management, prioritisation and problem resolution.
- High numerical and analytical aptitude with meticulous attention to detail and documentation control.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships across local and corporate teams.
- Fluent in English; experience working on projects in Asia, particularly Japan, is a strong advantage.

Minimum three years of relevant experience delivering store planning or construction projects, including management of consultants and contractors, tender processes and international shipments. Prior experience within luxury retail and exposure to international markets (Asia/Japan preferred) is desirable.
Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience.
