1. Conduct due diligence to evaluate locations and estimate budgets and timelines.
2. Supervise design development phases, coordinating with designers to prepare layouts aligned with planned retail sales, and organize internal reviews with relevant corporate and local teams.
3. Prepare and regularly update capital expenditure (CAPEX) reports and cost reports throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Manage bidding processes for consultants, general contractors, and millwork contractors, including organizing bidding, awarding contracts, supervising activities, evaluating tender documents, and coordinating work assignments.
5. Manage all direct vendor orders.
6. Review consultant and contractor drawings to ensure consistency with project specifications and design concepts.
7. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
8. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project charters, scope statements, and requirements documentation.
9. Conduct site visits to construction sites and prepare detailed reports.
10. Assist senior project managers in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.

1. Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or equivalent experience.
2. 2-3 years of experience in store planning or construction, preferably within the luxury industry.

2. Project management skills, including coordination, communication, budget management, goal achievement, prioritization, and troubleshooting.
3. Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
4. Effective problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
5. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships and leverage networks.
7. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.

Minimum 3 years of experience in store planning or construction, with a preference for experience within the luxury industry.

Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or equivalent experience.
