1. 5+ years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
3. Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
4. Energetic, passionate, and results-oriented with experience managing a high-volume store.
5. Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
6. Ability to travel and work weekends.
7. Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
