2. Optimize overall sales performance by executing the selling Galateo and operational standards.
3. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities and promote new products.
4. Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective team management.
5. Recruit, retain, and develop a diverse customer base.
6. Manage CRM KPIs and ensure accurate customer data collection for CRM strategy.
7. Motivate and manage the team to drive business success, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging innovative solutions.
8. Provide ongoing coaching, identify development needs, and partner with Retail Excellence to tailor individual action plans.
9. Ensure professional growth and product knowledge of the store team, sharing development plans with the Retail/Area Manager.
10. Set and assess challenging team and individual targets, monitoring performance to ensure goal achievement.
11. Keep the team informed about store performance using agreed tools with the Retail/Area Manager.
12. Organize daily opening activities and ensure the store aligns with visual and maintenance guidelines.
13. Oversee visual merchandising practices, ensuring alignment with corporate and Central Visual Merchandising guidelines.
14. Familiarize with store operations activities, delegating execution when appropriate.
15. Ensure proper implementation of security and Health & Safety procedures.
16. Manage products and materials in the stockroom appropriately.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in a luxury goods business within complex and international environments.

1. Solid leadership skills, including listening, motivating, coaching, and delegation.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships and leveraging networks.
4. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and SAP Retail experience preferred.
5. Fluency in Mandarin and English.

A minimum of 10 years in the luxury goods sector, particularly within complex and international environments.
