Loro Piana Store Manager

- Uphold and embody the corporate image, ensuring team alignment with the Brand DNA.
- Optimize overall sales performance by executing the selling Galateo and operational standards.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities and promote new products.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective team management.
- Recruit, retain, and develop a diverse customer base.
- Manage CRM KPIs and ensure accurate customer data collection for CRM strategy.
- Motivate and manage the team to drive business success, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging innovative solutions.
- Provide ongoing coaching, identify development needs, and partner with Retail Excellence to tailor individual action plans.
- Ensure professional growth and product knowledge of the store team, sharing development plans with the Retail/Area Manager.
- Set and assess challenging team and individual targets, monitoring performance to ensure goal achievement.
- Keep the team informed about store performance using agreed tools with the Retail/Area Manager.
- Organize daily opening activities and ensure the store aligns with visual and maintenance guidelines.
- Oversee visual merchandising practices, ensuring alignment with corporate and Central Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Familiarize with store operations activities, delegating execution when appropriate.
- Ensure proper implementation of security and Health & Safety procedures.
- Manage products and materials in the stockroom appropriately.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a luxury goods business within complex and international environments.
- Solid leadership skills, including listening, motivating, coaching, and delegation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships and leveraging networks.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and SAP Retail experience preferred.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
A minimum of 10 years in the luxury goods sector, particularly within complex and international environments.
