1. Represent the corporate image and ensure team alignment with the Brand DNA.
2. Optimize sales performance by executing selling standards and operational excellence.
3. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities and promote new products.
4. Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective team management.
5. Recruit, retain, and develop customer base.
6. Manage CRM KPIs and ensure accurate customer data collection for reporting and strategy.
7. Motivate and manage the team to drive business, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging innovation.
8. Provide ongoing coaching, identify development needs, and collaborate with Retail Excellence for tailored action plans.
9. Ensure professional growth and product knowledge of the store team, sharing development plans with the Retail/Area Manager.
10. Set and monitor team and individual targets, assessing performance to ensure goal achievement.
11. Keep the team informed about store performance using agreed tools with the Retail/Area Manager.
12. Organize daily opening activities and ensure store alignment with visual and maintenance guidelines.
13. Oversee visual merchandising practices to ensure alignment with corporate guidelines.
14. Familiarize with store operations activities, delegating execution as appropriate.
15. Ensure proper implementation of security and Health & Safety procedures.
16. Manage products and materials in the stockroom appropriately.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury goods in complex and international environments.
2. Passion and high motivation for Loro Piana products and brand.
3. Solid leadership skills, including listening, motivating, coaching, and developing others.
4. Excellent communication skills.
5. Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships and leveraging networks.
6. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and SAP Retail experience preferred.
7. Fluent in Mandarin and English.
