1. Uphold the corporate image and ensure team alignment with the Brand DNA.
2. Optimize overall sales performance through consistent execution of selling standards and operational excellence.
3. Analyze market trends and competitors to identify business opportunities and initiatives that align with company objectives.
4. Maintain and enhance customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction through effective team management.
5. Recruit new customers, retain existing ones, and develop potential clientele.
6. Manage CRM KPIs and ensure accurate customer data collection for strategic reporting.
7. Motivate and manage the team to drive business success, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging innovative solutions.
8. Provide ongoing coaching and identify development and training needs, collaborating with Retail Excellence to create tailored action plans.
9. Ensure professional growth and product knowledge of the store team, keeping them informed about industry developments.
10. Set and assess team and individual performance targets to ensure goal achievement.
11. Communicate store performance effectively to the team using agreed tools with the Retail/Area Manager.
12. Organize daily opening activities and ensure store alignment with visual and maintenance guidelines.
13. Oversee visual merchandising practices to ensure alignment with corporate and Central Visual Merchandising standards.
14. Familiarize with all store operations activities, delegating execution when appropriate.
15. Ensure implementation of security and Health & Safety procedures.
16. Manage products and materials appropriately in the stockroom.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in a luxury goods business within complex and international environments.
2. Passion and motivation for Loro Piana products and brand.
3. Solid leadership skills, including listening, motivating, coaching, and developing others.
4. Excellent communication skills.

1. Interpersonal skills for building relationships and leveraging networks.
2. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and preferred SAP Retail experience.
3. Fluency in Mandarin and English.

A minimum of 10 years in a luxury goods business within complex and international environments is required.
