1. Lead and inspire a team of 20-25 members across two Harrods concessions to exceed sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
2. Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.
3. Maintain Loro Piana's luxury standards, ensuring the store reflects the brand's DNA.
4. Cultivate strong relationships with VIPs and top clients to enhance brand loyalty.
5. Ensure the team delivers exceptional service, providing coaching and training as needed.
6. Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues with a client-first approach.
7. Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence.
8. Monitor performance, set clear objectives, and provide ongoing feedback.
9. Organize daily and weekly meetings to align the team on goals and priorities.
10. Ensure smooth store operations, from stock management to compliance with internal policies.
11. Oversee visual merchandising to maintain an impeccable luxury presentation.
12. Collaborate with internal departments to optimize logistics and product availability.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail management
2. Strong leadership, communication, and business acumen
3. Passion for Loro Piana and deep knowledge of luxury fashion
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP Retail (preferred)
5. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
