1. Oversee sales performance by analyzing key metrics and implementing action plans to optimize business opportunities.
2. Achieve quantitative targets through strategic planning and identifying client and VIC opportunities.
3. Act as a brand ambassador, managing VIC initiatives and maintaining an elevated brand image.
4. Maintain communication with the store team, retail leaders, and cross-functional partners to align on sales objectives.
5. Evaluate market trends and perform competitive analysis to identify potential sales growth areas.
6. Support the sales process by ensuring the highest level of luxury service and navigating critical situations professionally.
7. Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager to oversee a successful store team through task delegation and performance management.
8. Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members to foster professional growth.
9. Create career development plans and identify growth opportunities for team members.
10. Participate in scouting and selecting new team members with HR partners.
11. Enhance comprehension of operational procedures including inventory management and strategic scheduling.
12. Manage operational procedures such as cycle counts, stock consolidations, and fiscal inventory.
13. Oversee the After Sales process including alterations, repairs, and spare parts.
14. Report store facilities and maintenance issues to ensure safety and functionality.
15. Manage store expenses related to profit and loss, optimizing expenditure within budget constraints.
16. Ensure alignment of visual merchandising practices with corporate guidelines.
17. Communicate with the store team to mitigate potential business risks and threats.
18. Enforce labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations with corporate support.

1. Minimum 5 years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
2. Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
3. Energetic, passionate, and results-oriented with experience managing a high-volume store.
4. Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
5. Ability to travel and work weekends.
6. Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
