1. Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
2. Optimize overall sales performance by continuously elevating customer service standards.
3. Monitor sales staff performance and collaborate with the Area Manager to implement action plans for sales improvement.
4. Analyze market trends and propose strategic enhancements.
5. Ensure team motivation and engagement, fostering professional growth and training.
6. Oversee product knowledge training and related activities for staff.
7. Allocate quantitative and qualitative sales targets to staff, ensuring achievement through regular analysis and evaluations.
8. Delegate and oversee daily operations, ensuring high-quality store presentation and efficient staff scheduling.
9. Conduct regular morning briefings to communicate key messages and priorities to the team.
10. Maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
11. Expand external relationship networks and maintain partnerships to enhance customer loyalty, especially with top clients and VIPs.
12. Ensure effective communication with logistics, operations, and other stores.
13. Ensure store coverage and monitoring to prevent theft and loss.
14. Ensure proper implementation of security procedures, including key management and safe handling.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Manager in a luxury boutique.
2. Passion for Loro Piana products and brand.
3. Deep understanding of the luxury fashion and apparel sector.
4. Extensive knowledge of the local market with an existing network of high-end clients.
5. Advanced English proficiency.
6. Based in or near Cortina with substantial work experience in the area.
