- Maintain excellent client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Expand external relationship networks and maintain partnerships to enhance customer loyalty, especially with top clients and VIPs.
- Ensure effective communication with logistics, operations, and other stores.
- Ensure store coverage and monitoring to prevent theft and loss.
- Ensure proper implementation of security procedures, including key management and safe handling.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Manager in a luxury boutique.
- Passion for Loro Piana products and brand.
- Deep understanding of the luxury fashion and apparel sector.
- Extensive knowledge of the local market with an existing network of high-end clients.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Based in or near Cortina with substantial work experience in the area.
- Strong coaching and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Team management expertise.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector.
