1. Oversee the selling environment, ensuring adherence to selling floor assignments and impeccable customer service.
2. Enhance the sales performance of staff through product knowledge education, coaching on selling and clientele skills, and regular review of individual transaction statistics.
3. Support Sales Professionals in achieving their individual goals by monitoring the suggestive selling process and providing timely feedback and direction.
4. Ensure consistent and effective enforcement of all policies, procedures, and operational directives by all personnel.
5. Develop and implement a plan to ensure compliance with thank you note guidelines, telephone and email outreach goals, and supervise communication content.
6. Lead by example to maintain a respectful selling environment at all times.
7. Embody and promote company values.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury retail management.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail management is required.

College degree preferred.
