8. Deploy quantitative targets and define qualitative objectives, ensuring achievement through analysis and regular staff appraisals.
9. Manage efficient staff planning and delegate daily activities, ensuring high-quality store presentation.
10. Conduct regular briefings to communicate key messages and priorities to staff.
11. Maintain excellent customer relationships and drive high levels of client satisfaction.
12. Expand external relations network to promote customer loyalty, focusing on Top Clients and VIPs.
13. Ensure proper communication with logistics and operations to prevent thefts and losses.
14. Ensure security procedures are correctly applied.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Manager in a luxury boutique.
2. Strong coaching, communication, leadership, and team management skills.
3. Passion for Loro Piana products and brand.
4. Deep knowledge of the luxury industry.
5. Comprehensive understanding of the local market with an existing network of high-end clients.
