1. Welcome and assist customers in the boutique.
2. Support the sales process and post-sales activities.
3. Contribute to maintaining the store’s image according to Loro Piana standards.
4. Manage stock, visual merchandising, and back-office tasks.
5. Assist in the preparation and management of in-store events.

1. Education in Fashion, Retail, Economics, Communication, or related fields.

1. Passion for the luxury sector and strong attention to detail.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proactivity, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit.
4. Good command of English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
5. Availability to work in shifts, including weekends.

Beginner level experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

Education in Fashion, Retail, Economics, Communication, or related fields.
