1. Develop analyses of relevant KPIs to monitor the store's performance, including daily, weekly, and ad-hoc analyses.
2. Support the Management Team in defining action plans to enhance store performance and optimize stock and floor organization.
3. Assist the Management Team with daily tasks such as welcoming customers, organizing team activities, and conducting morning briefings.
4. Learn the luxury codes, heritage, and brand history of Loro Piana through dedicated training sessions and become a future brand ambassador.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Management, or related fields.

1. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Proficiency in English and French; additional languages are advantageous.

No prior experience required; suitable for individuals seeking their first professional experience.
