1. Lead and manage a team of approximately 25 staff members, including Department Managers and Operations Managers, to achieve sales targets and enhance brand loyalty among top clients and VIPs.
2. Ensure the store reflects Loro Piana's corporate image and brand DNA, supporting staff in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining quality standards.
3. Monitor and improve sales performance through KPI models, collaborating with Country Managers and Retail Directors to develop and implement action plans.
4. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to propose improvement strategies aligned with company objectives.
5. Maintain and enhance customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty, particularly among top clients and VIPs.
6. Oversee recruitment and selection processes, supporting the Country Manager in scouting and evaluating potential team members.
7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations, maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees and customers.
8. Optimize store operations, including inventory management, logistics, and e-shop activities, ensuring efficient processes and communication with other stores and departments.
9. Supervise stockroom management, ensuring inventory levels align with sales potential and conducting regular audits.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a flagship luxury boutique.
2. Passion and motivation for Loro Piana products and brand.
3. Deep knowledge of apparel and luxury goods history.

1. Strong leadership, coaching, and management skills.
2. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; experience with SAP Retail is preferred.
4. Language skills, including English, are advantageous.
