1. Reflect and promote Loro Piana's corporate image and brand DNA through staff support and development.
2. Lead sales efforts by collaborating with department managers to manage staff performance and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Enhance customer service standards and continuously improve staff product knowledge and sales skills.
4. Monitor sales performance using KPI models and collaborate with the Country Manager and Retail Director to implement action plans.
5. Analyze market conditions and propose improvements to align with company goals and enhance business opportunities.
6. Maintain excellent customer relationships and high satisfaction levels, particularly with top clients and VIPs.
7. Guide team members in customer service skills to enhance brand loyalty.
8. Address and resolve serious situations and customer complaints throughout the sales process.
9. Support the Country Manager in scouting and selecting store staff.
10. Ensure staff motivation and capability, promoting professional growth and training.
11. Plan and manage store staffing to meet anticipated workload and resource needs.

1. Experience in a flagship luxury boutique.
2. Strong alignment with brand identity, attention to detail, and excellent coaching, communication, leadership, and management skills.
3. Passion and high motivation for Loro Piana products and brand.
4. Deep knowledge of apparel and luxury goods history.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred.
6. Proficiency in English and other languages is advantageous.
