- Oversee sales performance by analyzing key metrics and implementing action plans to optimize business opportunities.
- Achieve quantitative targets through strategic planning and identifying client and VIC opportunities.
- Delegate tasks effectively to multiple department managers in a high-volume environment.
- Act as a brand ambassador and manage VIC initiatives, maintaining an elevated brand image.
- Maintain communication with the store team, retail leaders, and cross-functional partners to align on sales objectives.
- Evaluate market trends and perform competitive analysis to identify areas for potential sales growth.
- Support the sales process by ensuring the highest level of luxury service and navigating critical situations professionally.
- Ensure achievement of quantitative targets by analyzing results and leading team meetings.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Store Manager to oversee a successful store team through task delegation and performance management.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to foster professional growth and a productive work environment.
- Participate in the scouting and selection of new team members in collaboration with HR partners.
- Create career development plans and identify growth opportunities for team members.
- Lead team meetings to provide store performance updates and emphasize key priorities.
- Supervise strategic scheduling and daily operations, including visual merchandising and inventory management.
- Oversee the After Sales process, including alterations, repairs, and spare parts.
- Report store facilities and maintenance issues to ensure safety and functionality.
- Manage store expenses related to profit and loss, optimizing expenditure within budget constraints.
- Manage inventory-related activities to minimize shrink results.
- Enforce labor laws, safety procedures, and sales regulations with corporate support.
- Oversee execution of internal procedures, administrative tasks, and operational activities.
- Ensure alignment of visual merchandising practices with corporate guidelines.
- Manage stockroom operations to align inventory with sales potential.
- Communicate with the store team to mitigate potential business risks.

- 5+ years of management and sales experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
- Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Energetic, passionate, and results-oriented with experience managing a high-volume store.
- Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
- Ability to travel and work weekends.
- Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
Minimum of 5 years in management and sales within a luxury retail environment.
Salary range of USD 160,000 to 180,000 per year, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
