1. Manage incoming and outgoing inventory in accordance with company procedures.
2. Maintain an organized stockroom to optimize space and efficiency.
3. Ensure clear warehouse organization to support the sales team.
4. Maintain order and cleanliness in stock areas, adhering to company and store manager guidelines.
5. Keep all products in stock in optimal condition to support sales efforts.
6. Oversee inventory activities following company and store manager guidelines.
7. Handle products requiring repair.
8. Coordinate with shipping teams and external couriers to ensure proper shipping procedures and timing.
9. Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing accurate stock availability information.
10. Assist the sales team in product arrangement during the post-sales phase.

1. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion or luxury industry.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
3. Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

1. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience is preferred.
2. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
3. Self-motivated with strong teamwork capabilities.

Candidates should possess at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity within the high-end fashion or luxury sector.
