1. Ensure accurate data entry of incoming and outgoing goods in the company's IT system, including the preparation of necessary tax documentation.
2. Verify incoming goods against delivery notes and prepare products for the sales floor, including the application of security tags.
3. Maintain an organized stock and ensure a clear warehouse organization for the sales team.
4. Ensure order and cleanliness in the store stock and sales floor stock areas, adhering to company guidelines.
5. Keep products in stock in an orderly and tidy condition to support the sales team effectively.
6. Manage all inventory activities in accordance with company guidelines.
7. Ensure the security of products and materials in stock.
8. Handle products requiring repair and manage their processing.
9. Coordinate with external suppliers for the shipment of goods to customers, factories, or other stores, following company and store manager guidelines.
10. Maintain communication with shipping teams and external couriers to ensure correct shipping procedures and timing.
11. Support the sales team in achieving targets and maximizing sales by providing accurate stock information.
12. Assist the sales team during the post-sales phase.
13. Manage end-of-season returns in accordance with store manager guidelines.
14. Ensure proper documentation and archiving of shipping notes accompanying products during shipment.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail.
2. Experience in Harrods is advantageous.
3. Fluency in English.

1. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
2. Proficiency in data entry and inventory management systems.
3. Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

A minimum of 3 years in luxury retail, with experience at Harrods considered a plus.
