1. Ensure accurate data entry of incoming and outgoing goods in the company's IT system, including preparation of necessary tax documentation.
2. Verify incoming goods against delivery notes and prepare products for the sales floor, including application of security tags.
3. Maintain organized stock and ensure a clear warehouse organization for the sales team.
4. Ensure order and cleanliness in store stock and sales floor stock areas, following company guidelines.
5. Keep products in stock in optimal condition to support the sales team effectively.
6. Manage inventory activities in accordance with company guidelines.
7. Ensure security of products and materials in stock.
8. Handle products requiring repair and manage their logistics.
9. Coordinate with external suppliers for shipment of goods to customers, factories, or other stores, following company and Store Manager guidelines.
10. Maintain communication with shipping teams and external couriers to ensure proper shipping procedures and timing.
11. Support the sales team in achieving targets and maximizing sales by providing accurate stock information.
12. Assist the sales team in the post-sales phase.
13. Manage end-of-season returns, following Store Manager guidelines.
14. Ensure proper documentation of shipping notes, both hard and soft copies, and guarantee their archiving.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail.
2. Experience in Harrods is advantageous.
3. Fluent in English.
