1. Ensure data entry of incoming and outgoing goods in the company IT system, monitoring and preparing necessary tax documentation.
2. Check incoming goods against delivery notes and prepare products for the selling floor.
3. Maintain organized stock and ensure clear warehouse organization for the sales team.
4. Ensure order and cleanliness in store stock and sales floor stock areas.
5. Keep products in stock tidy to support the sales team.
6. Manage inventory activities following company guidelines.
7. Ensure security of products and materials in stock.
8. Handle products to be repaired.
9. Collaborate with external suppliers for shipment of goods.
10. Maintain contact with shipping teams and couriers to ensure correct shipping procedures.
11. Support sales team in reaching targets and maximizing sales.
12. Assist sales team in post-sales phase.
13. Manage end-of-season returns following store manager guidelines.
14. Ensure proper compilation and archiving of shipping notes.

1. Previous experience in luxury retail.
2. Experience in Harrods is a plus.

1. Organized and detail-oriented personality.
2. Fluent in English.

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail.
