1. Manage incoming and outgoing inventory in accordance with company procedures.
2. Maintain organized stockrooms to ensure efficient operations.
3. Ensure warehouse organization supports the sales team effectively.
4. Maintain cleanliness and order in stock areas, adhering to company and store guidelines.
5. Keep stock in optimal condition to support sales activities.
6. Conduct inventory activities following company and store manager guidelines.
7. Handle products requiring repair efficiently.
8. Coordinate with shipping teams and couriers to ensure timely and accurate shipments.
9. Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing accurate stock information.
10. Assist in product arrangement post-sales.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the luxury fashion industry or a similar capacity.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred.
2. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
3. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
4. Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the luxury fashion industry.
