- Ensure accurate data entry of incoming and outgoing goods in the company's IT system, preparing necessary tax documentation.
- Manage incoming and outgoing items in accordance with company procedures.
- Verify incoming goods against delivery notes and prepare products for the sales floor, including the application of security tags.
- Maintain organized stock in line with company procedures.
- Facilitate clear warehouse organization for the entire sales team.
- Ensure order and cleanliness in store stock and sales floor stock areas, adhering to company guidelines.
- Maintain products in stock in optimal condition to support the sales team effectively.
- Oversee inventory activities following company and Stock/Store Manager guidelines.
- Safeguard products and materials in stock.
- Handle products requiring repair.
- Collaborate with external suppliers to ensure proper shipment of goods to customers, factories, or other stores, following company guidelines.
- Maintain communication with shipping teams and external couriers to ensure correct shipping procedures and timing.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets and maximizing sales by providing accurate stock availability information.
- Assist the sales team in post-sales product arrangement in stock.
- Manage end-of-season returns in accordance with Stock/Store Manager guidelines.
- Ensure proper documentation of shipping notes, both hard and soft copies, and guarantee their archiving.
- Previous work experience in a luxury boutique.
- Ability to manage stress, adaptability, and flexibility.
- Teamworking skills.
- Problem-solving skills, sense of neatness, and accuracy.
- Strong computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook; SAP Retail experience preferred.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
