1. Manage a newly formed team of 15 artisans, overseeing productivity, attendance, and training.
2. Enforce company safety and workplace conduct regulations.
3. Establish priorities and maintain deadlines.
4. Ensure adherence to Loro Piana's quality standards with both internal teams and external contractors.
5. Prepare work for internal departments and external contractors.
6. Monitor and visit contractors to ensure quality and timely deliveries.
7. Manage machinery and tool inventory.
8. Address technical inquiries from artisans, contractors, and other departments.
9. Collaborate with internal production departments to resolve daily issues.
10. Follow processes and information from the prototyping and industrialization departments.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in a stitching department, with at least 3 years in a similar role.
2. Experience in luxury footwear production.
3. Excellent knowledge of stitching techniques and footwear production stages.
4. Decision-making and responsibility-taking capabilities.
5. Strong communication and people management skills.
6. Organized and methodical approach.
7. Proactive, initiative-taking, and improvement-seeking mindset.
8. Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Outlook).
