1. Execute all visual merchandising (VM) actions to optimize business results in alignment with the visual strategy provided by the Regional Visual Manager and business partners.
2. Conduct weekly meetings with the Regional Visual Manager to align responsibilities and priorities, including rotation schedules, installation planning, travel agendas, and special projects.
3. Facilitate weekly touch bases with business partners to coordinate travel, upcoming rotations, floor planning, and product knowledge development.
4. Manage and execute all VM rotations in collaboration with the Regional Visual Manager, Visual Referents, DSAs, business partners, and in-store teams, ensuring adherence to global VM guidelines.
5. Develop relationships within the wholesale channel to sustain brand VM expectations.
6. Create extraordinary displays that convey brand mood and theme, balancing commerciality and cross-selling within retail and wholesale channels.
7. Oversee VM maintenance, store environment, and technical clarity of client-facing areas, including windows, interiors, and mannequin styling.
8. Collaborate with business partners and in-store teams to maintain organized VM inventory.
9. Guide and manage VM and product knowledge training throughout the season and during onboarding of new sales professionals and DSAs.
10. Propose elevated display solutions to the Regional Visual Manager and Director of Visual Merchandising in line with the brand vision.
11. Develop a visual strategy to support peak seasonal periods in collaboration with business partners and the Regional Visual Manager.
