1. Execute all visual merchandising (VM) actions to optimize business results in alignment with the visual strategy provided by the Regional Visual Manager and business partners.
2. Conduct weekly meetings with the Regional Visual Manager to align on responsibilities, including rotation schedules, installation planning, travel agendas, and creative guideline reviews.
3. Facilitate weekly touchpoints with business partners to coordinate travel, rotations, floor planning, and product knowledge development.
4. Manage and execute all VM rotations in collaboration with the Regional Visual Manager, Visual Referents, DSAs, business partners, and in-store teams, ensuring adherence to global VM guidelines.
5. Develop and maintain accountable relationships within the wholesale channel to uphold brand VM expectations.
6. Create extraordinary displays that convey brand mood and theme while balancing commerciality and cross-selling within retail and wholesale channels.
7. Oversee VM maintenance, store environment, and technical clarity of all client-facing areas, including windows, interiors, mannequin styling, and fixture placement.
8. Collaborate with business partners and in-store teams to ensure VM inventory is organized and maintained.
9. Guide and manage VM and product knowledge training throughout the season and during onboarding of new sales professionals and DSAs.
10. Propose elevated display solutions to the Regional Visual Manager and Director of Visual Merchandising in line with the brand vision.
11. Develop visual strategies to support peak seasonal periods, including rotation schedules, window styling, and collection placement.

Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field is required.
