1. Manage business demand and gather requirements for functional and technical analysis.
2. Propose technical solutions and develop new functions and procedures to address functional requirements.
3. Develop PL-SQL procedures and .NET applications by collaborating with team members and external suppliers.
4. Write functional analysis and technical documentation.
5. Prepare test plans and execute tests with users.
6. Manage tickets using the Service Now platform.

1. At least 3 years of experience in similar roles or in web programming, both back-end and front-end.

1. Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, .NET Framework 4.0, service-oriented architectures with WCF or Web API.
2. Experience in web programming with ASP.NET MVC or WebForm, and SQL Server databases.
3. Knowledge of Angular/AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Oracle, NoSQL, MongoDB is a plus.
4. Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role or in the area of web programming, encompassing both back-end and front-end development.
