1. Assist the Social Media Specialist in executing social media operations, including testing, posting, and community management on major Western platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
2. Aid in the coordination of paid social media campaign refreshes in collaboration with media agencies and partners like Meta and TikTok.
3. Facilitate Creators’ activations by managing product gathering, shipment, registration, and invoicing.
4. Respond to daily requests from other departments, providing ad hoc reports and conducting mentions and sentiment analysis.
5. Register official suppliers and manage purchase orders for invoicing and payment on SAP.
6. Compile weekly and monthly social media reports, monitoring both organic and paid KPIs.
7. Conduct ad hoc social sentiment analysis.

1. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Management, Communication, or a related field.
2. Fluency in English and Italian.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms and strategies.
3. Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

No prior professional experience required; suitable for beginners with a strong interest in social media and the luxury industry.

Monthly Gross Compensation: 800€
