- Analyze business performance across lines and channels, focusing on sell-through, sell-in, sell-out, best sellers, slow movers, and other key performance indicators.
- Monitor sales and develop sales forecasts and projections, optimizing stock levels across channels and proposing transfers, cancellations, and replenishments.
- Conduct daily analysis of sales and stock, providing insights for top management.
- Contribute to defining guidelines for regional merchandising teams during buying campaigns, ensuring product assortment aligns with merchandising strategy.
- Review orders with regional merchandisers during and after seasonal selling campaigns, offering constant support to local teams.
- Collaborate with other corporate departments, such as Collection and Visual Merchandising, Planning, and Finance, to ensure retail needs are met.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in fashion or luxury companies as a Retail Merchandiser, Sales Planner, Buyer, or Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint; experience with BO and BI is preferred.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for quantitative and qualitative analysis of sales performance.
- Strong relational skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening skills and comfort with public speaking.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in fashion or luxury companies, specifically in roles such as Retail Merchandiser, Sales Planner, Buyer, or Business Analyst.
Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related fields.
