1. Supervise the organization of collection development and sample stages, coordinating and supporting model makers, CAD designers, and back-office staff.
2. Collaborate with the product room to follow model development guidelines.
3. Develop and manage the activity calendar and related retro planning based on the collection macro.
4. Manage material needs and orders for prototyping, sampling, and industrialization, ensuring required quality standards and cost evaluation.
5. Oversee external laboratories supporting prototyping, sampling, and industrialization, maintaining constant communication to ensure quality and timelines.
6. Coordinate internal product industrialization phases, handling necessary technical modifications, and managing the creation of master conformity, pre-series, and first tag according to quality standards and timelines.
7. Evaluate proposals to identify potential production issues and propose technical solutions.
8. Interface with cutting, stitching, assembly, and finishing managers to complete tasks.
9. Collaborate with the Costing department to verify and achieve company cost objectives.
10. Participate in drafting technical and procedural documents (finished product technical sheets, process phase, and processing).

1. 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing company within the fashion/luxury sector.
2. Knowledge of product construction phases.
3. Experience as a model maker.
4. Proficiency in team working, team coordination, and collaboration with other company functions.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Fluency in English.
