1. Travel to Italy twice annually for seasonal buy campaigns.
2. Align collection assortment with HQ guidelines to meet regional needs and financial targets.
3. Prepare weekly and ad hoc reports, leveraging financial data and qualitative feedback.
4. Analyze sales and stock to maximize efficiency and support trend consolidations.
5. Provide strong support to stores through communication, follow-ups, and visits.
6. Support forecasting activities on permanent replenishment products.
7. Collaborate with Retail Excellence & Go-To-Market teams for product training and launches.
8. Visit key markets to understand regional client needs and competitor offerings.
9. Partner with Visual Merchandising for collection launches and store planning.
10. Develop productive relationships with key stakeholders across various departments.

1. Strong understanding of the men’s luxury market.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in Men's RTW buying and assortment management.
3. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
4. Minimum 4-5 years at Buyer level.

1. Excellent analytical ability and retail math proficiency.
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Knowledge of merchandising systems such as Board, Power BI, Anaplan, SAP, and Business Objects.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Minimum 5 years of Men's RTW buying and assortment management experience at Buyer level in a multi-store environment.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Loro Piana offers a competitive salary range of $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 USD per year, with flexibility to recognize expertise and performance.
