- Lead industrialization and production ramp‑up for assigned knitwear semi‑finished and finished products, defining technical specifications and creating detailed tech packs.
- Optimize production costs while ensuring adherence to Loro Piana's qualitative standards and delivery schedules.
- Participate in sample development and product refinement phases to pre‑empt manufacturing issues and propose technical modifications.
- Approve master garments for external production in close collaboration with Product teams and relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate with quality control technicians to align on inspection criteria, measurement protocols and corrective actions.
- Monitor all production stages, provide hands‑on support to resolve manufacturing issues and implement corrective measures with the cross‑functional team.
- Minimum five years of progressive experience in knitwear industrialization or equivalent roles within luxury apparel production.
- Deep knowledge of raw materials (particularly fine wools and cashmeres), knitting technologies and finishing/confection techniques.
- Proven ability to produce and manage technical documentation (specifications, tech packs, tolerances) for external manufacturers.
- Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving orientation and aptitude for cost optimization.
- Excellent teamwork, negotiation skills and ability to work cross‑functionally with Product, Quality and Production stakeholders.
- Flexibility, dynamism and a results‑driven attitude with a focus on meeting objectives and deadlines.

At least 5 years in knitwear industrialization or similar positions within luxury fashion, with hands‑on involvement in sample development, external production approval and quality control across the manufacturing cycle.
Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Technology, Garment Technology or equivalent vocational training; substantial professional experience may substitute for formal degree.
