1. Lead major SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for the Finance Organization.
2. Design and optimize finance business processes in SAP.
3. Manage end-to-end design from requirements gathering to deployment, including solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post go-live support.
4. Oversee ordinary and evolutionary maintenance services, leading application maintenance services and project teams.
5. Shape the SAP finance roadmap and design a future SAP Finance landscape.
6. Support the transformation journey to achieve the desired state.
7. Collaborate with IT peers and colleagues to implement plans.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience working with SAP Finance modules, with S/4HANA experience preferred.
2. Participation in multiple full life cycle SAP implementations.
3. Advanced knowledge of SAP Finance, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets.
4. Experience with SAP Finance integrations to SD, MM, and projects supporting product cost controlling and margin analysis.
5. Proven experience in leading business blueprinting, gathering and documenting business requirements, and designing SAP-enabled solutions.

1. Team leadership and project management skills, including stream planning, status reporting, and managing governance.
2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in English.
3. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster an innovative and inclusive work environment.
4. Strong work ethic and adaptability to new challenges and priorities.

A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience is required.

A degree in computer science or SAP certification is preferred.
