Loro Piana SAP Finance Senior Manager

1. Lead and manage major SAP S/4HANA transformation programs for the Finance Organization.
2. Design and optimize finance business processes in SAP, connecting digital solutions with core finance processes.
3. Oversee end-to-end design from requirements gathering to deployment, including solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post go-live support.
4. Manage ordinary and evolutionary maintenance services, leading application maintenance services and project teams.
5. Shape the SAP finance roadmap, ensuring alignment with business processes and the latest SAP developments.
6. Design a future SAP Finance landscape and support the transformation journey to achieve the desired state.
7. Collaborate with IT peers and colleagues to implement plans effectively.

1. Minimum of 10-15 years of work experience.
2. Degree in computer science or SAP certification preferred.
3. At least 10 years of experience with SAP Finance modules, with S/4HANA experience preferred.
4. Participation in multiple full life cycle SAP implementations.
5. Advanced knowledge of SAP Finance, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets.
6. Experience with SAP Finance integrations to SD, MM, and projects supporting product cost controlling and margin analysis.

2. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills in English.
3. Ability to lead cross-functional teams with diverse skills and backgrounds.
4. Proficiency in developing project documentation, including business process flows and training materials.
5. Strong work ethic and ability to adapt to new challenges and priorities.

Minimum of 10-15 years of relevant work experience, including leading SAP Finance modules and participating in full life cycle SAP implementations.

Degree in computer science or SAP certification preferred.
