1. Lead and motivate a team of client advisors to achieve sales goals while upholding Loro Piana’s service standards.
2. Provide guidance and support to the sales team, ensuring high levels of product knowledge and service excellence.
3. Collaborate with store leadership to implement strategies aimed at enhancing sales performance.
4. Foster a client-centric culture, emphasizing personalized service and relationship-building.
5. Work with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and ensure accurate product availability.
6. Drive sales performance by identifying opportunities for sales growth and operational efficiencies.
7. Elevate the client experience through exceptional hospitality and personalized interactions.
8. Develop relationships with top clients by managing VIC initiatives.
9. Support CRM initiatives by updating client information to maximize sales opportunities.
10. Actively promote products through personalized outreach and tailored messages.

1. 3+ years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
3. Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.

Minimum 3 years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

Loro Piana offers a competitive salary range of $32 to $36 per hour, with flexibility to recognize and reward expertise, performance, and tenure.
