Loro Piana RTW Product Engineering Assistant

1. Manage and monitor the timeline of all process phases from fitting to industrialization to prevent delays and ensure deadlines are met.
2. Maintain constant communication with Product Rooms to facilitate garment/prototype release and with the Industrialization team to address potential issues through laboratory visits and timely evaluations.
3. Oversee models required for fittings and trials.
4. Participate in fittings and coordinate the progression of collections until production release.
5. Enter and monitor head/staff/mock-up garments in PLM (Centric) and AS400 systems, ensuring timely garment release for ongoing activities.
6. Input trial orders for laboratories, managing related documentation and billing.
7. Monitor progress with suppliers for collection overviews, ensuring all materials and components are available as scheduled.
8. Update models and internal systems to provide timely alerts to all departments about issues needing resolution.
9. Collaborate with the Production team to identify and manage material shortages for head garment launches.

1. Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in product development.
2. Diploma or Degree in fashion, management engineering, or related fields.

5. Knowledge of PLM systems (Centric) and AS400 is a plus.

At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Diploma or Degree in fashion, management engineering, or related fields.
