1. Define technical and quality requirements of products in collaboration with Product Development, CAD, Pattern Making teams, and external laboratories to ensure samples meet client specifications.
2. Oversee technical and quality control during industrialization and production phases, ensuring product components meet standards.
3. Provide technical support during production to resolve any manufacturing issues.
4. Manage relationships with external laboratories, ensuring continuous communication to maintain production release and quality standards.
5. Assist the production team in daily operations, ensuring project progress and resolving technical issues.
6. Maintain updated internal documentation, including technical sheets, operational instructions, and reports.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company within the fashion/luxury sector.
2. Proven knowledge of product construction phases.
3. Technical diploma in apparel with a focus on Pattern Making and Garment Construction.
4. Strong understanding of textile/apparel management systems (e.g., PLM).
5. Demonstrated knowledge of the 'Made in Italy' context, including industrial and artisanal environments.
6. Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with other company functions.
7. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
8. Proficiency in English is preferred.
