Loro Piana RTW Industrialization Technician

- Define technical and quality requirements of products in collaboration with Product Development, CAD, Pattern Making teams, and external laboratories to ensure samples meet client specifications.
- Oversee technical and quality control during industrialization and production phases, ensuring product components meet standards.
- Provide technical support during production to resolve any manufacturing issues.
- Manage relationships with external laboratories, ensuring continuous communication to maintain production release and quality standards.
- Assist the production team in daily operations, ensuring project progress and resolving technical issues.
- Maintain updated internal documentation, including technical sheets, operational instructions, and reports.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company within the fashion/luxury sector.
- Proven knowledge of product construction phases.
- Technical diploma in apparel with a focus on Pattern Making and Garment Construction.
- Strong understanding of textile/apparel management systems (e.g., PLM).
- Demonstrated knowledge of the 'Made in Italy' context, including industrial and artisanal environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with other company functions.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
- Technical expertise in product industrialization.
- Quality control and assurance.
- Effective communication and relationship management.
- Problem-solving and technical support.
- Documentation and reporting.
A minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing company within the fashion or luxury sector is required.
