1. Actively participate in fittings with the Product Office, using appropriate modules and tools to document all information related to fit standards and modifications decided during the sample and sales campaign phases.
2. Measure sample garments to define production measurements for all sizes, considering requested production modifications.
3. Support in defining accessories (e.g., zippers, belts) in terms of size and measurement.
4. Manage the flow of information related to assigned production garments, organizing meetings to communicate specifications and base size measurements to external labs, verifying pre-production tests, and visiting their facilities as needed.
5. Monitor the progress and successful completion of pre-production phases, ensuring confirmation for actual production.
6. Contribute to defining technical-quality standards and requirements of the product, collaborating on quality issues with Quality Control Technicians and the Testing Department.
7. Actively support external technicians and suppliers during the production phase, balancing office workload and commitments.
8. Manage sample washing tests or alternative solution tests to improve garment construction, enhancing both appearance and time/cost efficiency.

1. 3-5 years of experience in industrialization, modeling, or similar roles.
2. Technical diploma in clothing with a focus on modeling and tailoring.
3. In-depth knowledge of modeling and industrial tailoring (sewing clothing).
4. Understanding of product development and production phases.
5. Knowledge of raw materials (fabrics, accessories, leather, etc.).
6. Attention to detail and precision.
7. Result-oriented with a goal-driven approach.
8. Strong interpersonal skills.
9. Proficiency in MS Office.
10. English language proficiency is an advantage.
