1. Actively participate in fittings with the Product Office, utilizing appropriate modules and tools to document all information related to fit standards and modifications decided during sampling and sales campaigns for production.
2. Measure sample garments to define production measurements for all sizes, considering requested production modifications.
3. Assist in defining accessories (e.g., zippers, belts) in terms of size and fit.
4. Manage the flow of information related to assigned production garments, organizing meetings to communicate specifications and base size measurements to external workshops, verifying pre-production tests commissioned to them, and visiting their premises as needed.
5. Monitor the progress and successful completion of pre-production phases, ensuring the confirmation for actual production commencement.
6. Contribute to defining technical and quality standards of the product, collaborating on quality issues with Quality Control Technicians and the Testing Department.
7. Actively support external technicians and suppliers during production, balancing office commitments and workload.
8. Manage samples for washing tests or alternative solutions aimed at improving garment construction, enhancing both appearance and time/cost efficiency.

1. 3-5 years of experience in Industrialization, Pattern Making, or similar roles.
2. Technical diploma in clothing with a focus on Pattern Making and Garment Construction.
3. Solid knowledge of pattern making and industrial garment construction (sewing).
4. Understanding of product development and production processes.
5. Knowledge of raw materials (fabrics, accessories, leather, etc.).
6. Attention to detail and precision.
7. Result-oriented with a goal-driven work approach.
8. Good interpersonal skills.
9. Proficiency in MS Office.
10. English language proficiency is a plus.
