1. Participate actively in fittings with the Product Office, inserting all necessary information regarding fit standards and modifications for production.
2. Measure sample garments to define production measurements across all sizes, incorporating necessary adjustments.
3. Support the selection of size-specific accessories such as zippers and belts.
4. Manage the flow of information regarding production garments, organizing meetings to communicate specifications to external workshops and verifying pre-production samples.
5. Monitor the progress and completion of pre-production phases to ensure readiness for full-scale production.
6. Contribute to defining technical and quality standards, collaborating with Quality Control Technicians and the Finished Product Testing Department.
7. Provide active support to external technicians and suppliers during production, balancing office workload.
8. Manage samples for wash tests or alternative solutions to enhance garment construction, improving both appearance and cost-efficiency.

1. 3-5 years of experience in RTW Men or similar roles.
2. Technical diploma in apparel with a focus on pattern making and garment construction.

1. Strong knowledge of pattern making and industrial garment construction.
2. Familiarity with product development and production processes.
3. Understanding of raw materials including fabrics, accessories, and leather.
4. Attention to detail and quality.
5. Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving objectives.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in MS Office.
8. Proficiency in English.

At least 3 years of experience in the RTW sector or similar roles.

Technical diploma in apparel with a focus on pattern making and garment construction.
