1. Participate actively in fittings with the Product Office, utilizing appropriate modules and tools to document all required standards in terms of fit and modifications for production.
2. Measure sample garments to establish production specifications for all sizes, considering any necessary adjustments.
3. Assist in defining size-specific accessories such as zippers and belts.
4. Manage the flow of information related to assigned production garments, organizing meetings to communicate specifications to external workshops and verifying pre-production samples.
5. Monitor the progress and successful completion of pre-production phases, ensuring readiness for full-scale production.
6. Contribute to defining technical and quality standards, collaborating with Quality Control Technicians and the Finished Product Testing Department.
7. Provide support to external technicians and suppliers during production, balancing office workload and commitments.
8. Manage sample wash tests or alternative solution tests to enhance garment construction, appearance, and production efficiency.

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in RTW Men or similar roles.
2. Technical diploma in fashion with a focus on pattern making and garment construction.

1. Strong knowledge of pattern making and industrial garment construction.
2. Familiarity with product development and production processes.
3. Understanding of raw materials including fabrics, accessories, and leather.
4. Attention to detail and quality.
5. Result-oriented with a goal-driven approach.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in MS Office.
8. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the RTW sector or similar roles is required.

Technical diploma in fashion with a specialization in pattern making and garment construction.
